How can I make SPIN be the only browser to access the Internet?

Lock in SPIN for Free

For Android

Manually remove all other web browsers and then set a PIN code for the Google Play Store. This way, your child will not be able to download anything from the Google Play Store without your PIN code.

For iOS

Enable the built-in restrictions that iOS provides to block Safari. The drawback is any other browsers can be added unless you block the App Store too.

Lock in SPIN with parental controls

Requires Boomerang Parental Control.

Lock in SPIN on Android Devices:

During install, the onboarding wizard of Boomerang has a “Block Browsers” setting which will prohibit all browsers and leave SPIN as the only functioning browser. We will also block any other browser from being installed from the Google Play Store. So using Boomerang is ideal if you want to allow access to the Google Play Store and lock in SPIN as the only functioning browser.

Lock in SPIN on iOS Devices:

After the installation of Boomerang is complete, then log into the web management dashboard (or the Boomerang App on your device if you installed it in parent mode to Manage Family Devices) and prohibit Safari as well as set the age restriction to 12+ or less as most other popular modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Opera are all rated as 17+. SPIN is rated 4+ so it will still work.
